We used Budget Carpets to carpet the bedrooms, in an all hardwood-floor house & my goodness what a difference it has made! The quality is superb and the price was even better - thank you to Frank & the team - we love your work!
I have used Budget Carpets on two separate occasions. The first time to carpet the kids rooms in my new house. The second to carpet the theatre room. On each occasion, staff at Budget Carpets were very helpful picking out colours and styles of carpets based on our intended use. The kids rooms we put a more hard wearing carpet in and it has stood up to them extremely well. Both in shop and installation staff were very professional and they offer great product, excellent friendly service and all at a very competitive price. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of flooring.
Very disappointed with this company - will never refer them or use them again. Used them a couple of times over the years. Just asked for a copy of a tax invoice as I did not get one when job was done. Was told it was left on site with someone. In order to get this from them the want $100 fee for accountant to look for. I need this for my tax so not a senseless request.....Frank hung up on me when I questioned why I could not have a copy without a charge. It is possible but for a fee .....what a joke....am currently building a granny flat and need flooring again but won't be using Budget this time.
Service is brilliant. Staff is helpful. Price is right. Lots of choices of carpets, vinyl, vinyl planks, bamboo you never will disappointed.
