I have been dealing with Riverstone Century for over 4 years now and have always been impressed with their service throughout this time especially dealing with Emily's exceptional commitment, expertise and great level of service. Recently my property which was brand new was left in a mess due to a tenant doing a runner. Dealing with this real estate agent for about year now . In this time i asked for a few repairs , as stated in other comments they just tell you to wait . I lived in our home for 6 months with no oven trays. Was promised them within a few weeks , 6 months later still no trays. I also asked about getting the bathroom fan fixed as black mould was building up, there response was just open the window and that any mould build up was my issue . Hmmm . Emily is slack at her job will not rent a home through them ever again
